Being active is not just for people who love the gym. It’s for everyone – in all bodies, at all life stages and in whatever form that fits your day.
On Day 2 of Women’s Health Week, we’re reframing what it means to be active. Too often women are told that exercise must be intense, structured or time-consuming to make a difference. But the evidence tells us otherwise. Regular movement that’s built into the rhythm of everyday life has real and lasting benefits for your physical health, your mental wellbeing and your energy levels.
We know there are barriers. Time, energy, cost, pain, caring responsibilities and self-doubt are all real. And we know that for women living with disability or chronic illness, being active might come with additional challenges. Today’s conversations are for all of you.
Join us as we explore what movement can look like in real life – practical, inclusive and possible.
