By sharing these journeys, we hope to spark conversation, break down stigma and remind you that you’re not alone.

Jean Hailes for Women’s Health was championing menopause long before it started trending. What began as Dr Jean Hailes’s bold vision to improve the lives of women in midlife has become an organisation that listens to and supports women. We have been providing trusted, evidence-based support for more than 30 years.
We know there is more to midlife than menopause – career shifts, caring for loved ones, health changes. Menopause is only one part of the story. That’s why we recognise the whole person, offering information and tools that reflect real experiences and help cut through the noise.
As menopause gains attention, there is an increase in misinformation and commercial exploitation, also called ‘menowashing’. This World Menopause Month, Jean Hailes is determined to stand apart. Our information is grounded in clinical expertise, shaped by what women tell us they need and free from one-size-fits-all promises.
Wherever you are in your menopause journey, we’re here. From evidence-based guidance to practical tools and lived experience stories, we aim to provide clarity and compassion for every moment, big or small.
