Helen Luntz

Helen Luntz has many years’ experience and expertise in practice as a counselling psychologist and clinical family therapist. Helen has worked collaboratively with the Jean Hailes clinical team for more than seven years.

She works within a bio-psycho-social framework using CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, family systems, and other approaches tailored to the needs of the patient. She offers sessions in person and by telehealth.

Her special interests are:

• anxiety, stress, low mood and depression
• grief and loss
• adjusting to illness and change
• managing family relationships, and couple stress
• women’s health - working with women who report PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, menopause
• life transitions and change, with women of all age groups.
