Easy Read combines simple words, meaningful images and an accessible format to help people understand information.
Easy Read videos
Our Easy Read videos were created in partnership with Women with Disabilities Australia. The videos explain different women’s health topics in Easy Read style. Each page is read slowly and clearly to help people understand key messages.
Many people prefer videos over written information, including people with disability and people from multicultural backgrounds. Our Easy Read videos make information more accessible for everyone.
Easy Read fact sheets
Our Easy Read women's health fact sheets were developed in consultation with people who find it hard to understand complex information, including people with disability.
We asked people with disability and their carers which women’s health topics and information they would like to access in Easy Read. We also consumer tested the documents and tagged them for online accessibility. They are available in English and other languages.
