Clinics

If you have a medical emergency, please dial 000. We do not have an emergency service.

Due to Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week, we are currently receiving a high number of calls. If you cannot get through to our clinics, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

Welcome to the Jean Hailes Clinics.

Both Clayton and East Melbourne are open for all in-person and telehealth appointments.

With the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, we continue to offer telehealth consultations to all women, whether you are in local, rural, remote or regional areas of Australia. Telehealth is where you have a consultation with your clinician via video conference on your phone or computer, or talk to your clinician on the phone. Telehealth enables women, wherever they are, to access women’s health specialists working in Jean Hailes Clinics. For more information on how telehealth works, please read the attached link.

The health and wellbeing of the community is very important to Jean Hailes and we have strict practices in place in our clinics. If you have any symptoms relating to COVID-19 we ask that you quarantine at home and call us to talk about your health needs.

A Jean Hailes receptionist will arrange a booking for you, for either a standard face-to-face consultation or a telehealth consultation. Fees remain unchanged from prior practice.

If you have an in-person appointment but would like to transfer to a telehealth appointment please call East Melbourne on 03 9562 7555 and Clayton on 03 9562 7555. The offices are fully staffed and your call will be answered.

Please note we are not an accredited vaccine centre, and therefore cannot administer the COVID-19 vaccine.

To make an appointment call us on 03 9562 7555.
