As a not-for-profit organisation, Jean Hailes for Women's Health is dedicated to helping women and girls across Australia with their health needs. We publish free fact sheets, magazines, booklets, videos and much much more to encourage everyone to stay informed and ask the best questions of their health professionals.

At Jean Hailes, we rely on donations to help fulfil our mission. We're grateful to supporters who already help us do our work. This year, we're taking part in a world-wide event called Giving Tuesday, where communities come together in more than 50 countries and give back to organisations making a difference in people's lives.

It's one day of the year—Tuesday, 3 December—where we ask you to make a donation to Jean Hailes and pledge to make a small healthy difference. It could be as simple as taking a walk in your lunch break on Giving Tuesday, or take 10 minutes out of your day to listen to a mindfulness exercise on your phone.

Your donations make a substantial contribution to what we do:

  • $25 can help us send valuable health resources to reach women in remote, rural and regional communities in Australia.
  • $75 can help more than 75 women receive up to date health information on menopause or endometriosis
  • $500 can help Jean Hailes work with communities to translate a health resource into their language and make sure the information is relevant and easily accessible to all women within the community.

So please think of Jean Hailes on Tuesday, 3 December and make a donation here. Give back to yourself too by pledging to do something that makes you feel healthier and happier.
