Dr Rachel Mudge
Rachel leads a program of post-doctoral fellowships, managing collaborative arrangements and our involvement in research grants.
Head of Research Partnerships & Philanthropy
Following a successful career in cancer research, Rachel moved into research administration at St Vincent's Institute of Medical Research (SVI), assisting researchers in the identification, writing and improvement of grant applications. This developed into a management role and broadened to include fundraising and research integrity responsibilities. With the ability to recognise research opportunities and leverage success in raising funds and establishing collaborations, Rachel is experienced in negotiating partnerships and managing research outcomes.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a PhD from the University of Melbourne and was an NHMRC CJ Martin Fellow with her postdoctoral research performed at the Curie Institute in Paris.
At Jean Hailes, Rachel leads a program of post-doctoral fellowships, building research partnerships, managing collaborative arrangements and Jean Hailes' involvement in research grants.
