Tina McCarthy is a wonderful reminder that you don’t have to be a triathlete to be healthy. In 2012, she founded Wheel Women, a cycling group run by women, for women. The Australian organisation teaches women how to ride, and how to ride better, and their message is simple: Bike riding is fun, relaxing, and good for your health. Oh, and there's coffee and cake at the end. What's not to love?
