Good health is powerful stuff. To boost your wellbeing and protect your health for years to come, join us this Jean Hailes' Women’s Health Week as together we take steps toward good health.

Women’s Health Week is the biggest week in Australia dedicated to good health and wellbeing for women and girls, and supporting the people who care for them. Celebrating its 10th year, the week is an important reminder for women to put their health first.

According to Janet Michelmore AO, CEO and Patron of Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, so many of us put our own needs aside as we juggle family, jobs and all our other responsibilities day to day.

To get the most out of life and be able to help others, you need to take care of yourself. We know that it can be hard, which is why we invite you to join us and thousands of women to celebrate Women’s Health Week and find the support, information and connection to focus on good health, one step at a time.”
