Do you have endometriosis and pain, and want to improve your wellbeing?
Jean Hailes research partners from Deakin University are seeking to recruit adults over the age of 18 years who have a clinical diagnosis of endometriosis and experiencing pain for at least 6 months.
The HaPPI study is currently running 100% online and as such, location (within Australia) is no barrier to participation.
Eligible participants will be randomised to an 8-week program of yoga, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) or educational care. Researchers will use data collected via online questionnaires at Baseline, 8 weeks, 6 months and 12 months to assess both short and longer-term impacts of a mind-body intervention program on quality of life.
