Osteoporosis, a condition that results in the loss of bone strength, affects more than a million people in Australia. Most of them are women. It is estimated that after the age of 60, one in two women will have a fracture related to osteoporosis.
To help health professionals learn more about this disease, one of Australia’s leading endocrinologists, Professor Terry Diamond, Associate Professor in Endocrinology at the University of NSW, will host a free webinar to discuss treatment strategies.
Prof Diamond will also take questions during a Q&A session. Other topics that will be discussed include diabetes and fasting as well as telehealth during COVID-19.
