The Jean Hailes Clinics are highly regarded multidisciplinary specialist women’s health clinics. One clinic is located in East Melbourne and the other in Clayton. The Clinical Operations team (nurses and non-clinical practice staff) is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of high-quality clinical services from approximately 40 specialist health contractors.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Practice Nurse supports the day-to-day delivery of clinical services. This includes ensuring effective and efficient clinic operational support to the clinicians and providing best patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of a friendly team of patient services team within a medical clinic focused on providing exceptional health care for all women. You will be the first point of contact for patients and provide valuable administrative support to our diverse clinical team. This is a busy and varied role that will enable you to learn a wide range of new skills and develop a broad knowledge of women’s health.
We are seeking GPs, endocrinologists, gynaecologists, dermatologists and allied health professionals, who have a key interest in women's health issues, to join our team of dedicated women's health experts in providing an exemplary standard of care to our patients.
We have rooms available at our Clayton clinic for full-day sessions and half-day sessions, most days of the week. We also have a limited number of rooms available for half-day sessions at our East Melbourne clinic.
The clinical team is supported by a medical director who is available as an advisor and mentor and Jean Hailes provides ongoing professional development opportunities.
We provide a supportive and professional medical centre environment. Fully maintained medical facilities and equipment and with a fully maintained and up-to-date computer system and clinical software.
