Exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join an organisation dedicated to improving the lives of Australian Women.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Medical Receptionist to work in our Medical Centres located at Clayton and East Melbourne on a part-time basis working 3 days per week, but with the flexibility and ability to commit to additional shifts to cover holiday and sick leave.
The Medical Receptionist team provides an efficient and effective reception service to The Jean Hailes Medical Centres and promotes a professional, customer-focused environment at all times. The role is the first point of contact for the Medical Centres and often for the Foundation as a whole, and, therefore, has a critical requirement for the provision of outstanding customer service, professionalism, communication and attention to detail at all times.
To be the successful candidate you must be enthusiastic, enjoy working within a team and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will be highly organised and have outstanding communication skills. You will have an empathetic and caring nature with a strong desire to improve the lives of women.
The ideal candidate will be currently working as a Medical Receptionist using Medical Director and Pracsoft (or equivalent) clinical management software. Solid experience in reception and medical administration would be advantageous.

Please note that due to the nature of this role, only applicants with previous experience in Medical Reception will be considered for this position.
We are seeking GPs, endocrinologists, gynaecologists, dermatologists and allied health professionals, who have a key interest in women's health issues, to join our team of dedicated women's health experts in providing an exemplary standard of care to our patients.
We have rooms available at our Clayton clinic for full-day sessions and half-day sessions, most days of the week. We also have a limited number of rooms available for half-day sessions at our East Melbourne clinic.
The clinical team is supported by a medical director who is available as an advisor and mentor and Jean Hailes provides ongoing professional development opportunities.
We provide a supportive and professional medical centre environment. Fully maintained medical facilities and equipment and with a fully maintained and up-to-date computer system and clinical software.
Remuneration: As an employee clinician you will be paid in accordance with your contractual arrangements. If you are an associate, you will be paid in accordance with your letter of engagement.
