The Jean Hailes PCOS Service
The Jean Hailes PCOS Service is an interdisciplinary specialist service providing coordinated assessment and management of PCOS. Women with a confirmed diagnosis of PCOS will see an Endocrinologist and Dietitian and be referred on to additional specialists as required. The female Endocrinologists working at the service are prominent clinicians and researchers in the PCOS field and have a deep understanding of the challenges women with PCOS face.
The service does not specifically treat infertility, however, preconception advice and lifestyle intervention is provided and women will be referred on for specialist fertility services if required.
The service is generally provided over three appointments and is held at the Jean Hailes Medical Centre, 173 Carinish Road, Clayton, Vic (Contact and location).
Do you live remotely?
If your location makes it difficult to attend all aspects of the service please contact our PCOS Service team to discuss, as we may be able to offer some flexibility with the program for those who live rurally/remotely.
