Fees
This practice does not bulk bill. Fees charged will vary according to the type of consultation - i.e. length, complexity, involvement of procedures and whether you see a GP, Specialist or Allied Health provider.
For GP and Specialist appointments, a rebate can be claimed from Medicare; however, there is usually a gap between doctor's fees and the amount that Medicare will reimburse you. This will result in an out of pocket expense to you.
For Allied Health appointments, there is no Medicare rebate applicable unless you have a chronic medical condition that is being managed by your GP under a management plan (speak to your GP if you are not sure whether this applies to you).
Payment is required at the time of consultation, after which you can claim your rebate from Medicare. You may pay with cash or by EFTPOS.
A detailed list of medical services and fees is available.
Your private health fund may offer a rebate for part of the fee but you will need to check with them.
