Professor Jane Fisher
Professor Jane Fisher, BSc (Hons), PhD, MAPS, is an academic and clinical psychologist with a longstanding interest in the links between women’s reproductive health and mental health from adolescence to mid-life; in particular related to fertility, conception, pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. She has carried out major epidemiological studies in clinical and community settings in Australia and Vietnam, and a number of nationally funded intervention trials. Professor Henry Burger AO
Professor Henry Burger AO, FAA, MD, BS, FRCP, FRCOG, FRACP, FCP (SA), FRANZCOG is a practicing clinical endocrinologist with a particular interest in basic and clinical research and practice in reproductive endocrinology. His interests include the physiology of menopause and management of the menopause transition, anovulatory infertility, hirsutism and female sexual dysfunction. Dr Elizabeth Farrell AM
Dr Elizabeth Farrell AM, MBBS, FRANZCOG, FRCOG, a consultant gynaecologist, was one of the driving forces that established the Jean Hailes Foundation. Dr Farrell is recognised worldwide for her expertise in menopause management. In 2006 she received an Inaugural Health Media Award, in 2009 she was made a Member of the Order of Australia for her services to women’s health, and from 2008 to 2010 Dr Farrell was the president of both the Australasian Menopause Society and the Asia Pacific Menopause Federation. Dr Sonia Davison
Dr Sonia Davison MBBS, FRACP, PhD is an endocrinologist in private practice at Jean Hailes, with interests in gynaecological and general endocrinology. She is also a Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Women’s Health Research Program, Monash University, where she is undertaking a study of the effects of testosterone on cognition.
