Dr Elizabeth Farrell is a founding board member of the Jean Hailes Foundation for Women’s Health, president of the Asia Pacific Menopause Federation for the triennium 2007-2010 and president elect of the Australasian Menopause Society. She was honoured in this year’s Australia Day Awards, being made a Member of the General Division of the Order of Australia.
