GPs will be updated on the evening of October 19 in Port Macquarie.
National organisation the Jean Hailes Foundation for Women’s Health has joined with North Coast Area Health Service to bring a range of interesting and relevant health experts to local communities.
Women will hear the latest information and practical tips on midlife health, menopause, treatment of symptoms including herbal and hormone therapies, and self-management strategies including healthy eating, physical activity, libido and emotional health and wellbeing.
