Each year the Education Unit undertakes a diverse range of projects and ongoing programs for women, their partners or carers, Allied Health Professionals and General Practitioners. The results of these activities include provision of the Foundation websites, Fact Sheets, Education Kits and more (see Resources)
As part of the Foundation's collaborative approach to making health promotion and disease prevention messages easily accessible to all women we draw upon links with organisations from the community, health professional and business sectors.
The emphasis is on providing women with accurate information and translating the latest research findings into practical health and lifestyle strategies presented in ways that are culturally acceptable.
