Choice on offer at midlife health session for women
According to Jean Hailes community health educator, Sara Knight, “it’s important for women to weigh up their options so that they can make informed choices and decisions about their personal health care”.
Ms Knight was speaking ahead of a midlife women’s health session being organised by the Jean Hailes Foundation and Sunbury Community Health Centre to be held at the Sunbury Centre on October 20 at 7pm.
Women are invited to the talk to learn about a range of options to help them through midlife; including signs & symptoms, ways to manage menopause and a range of natural therapy and other options.
