Presenters from the Jean Hailes Foundation for Women’s Health and the Australasian Menopause Society will talk about midlife health, menopause, treatment of symptoms including herbal and hormone therapies, and self-management strategies including healthy eating, physical activity and emotional health and wellbeing.
